The membership of the National Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) has voted Gabriel L. Imperato, managing partner of the statewide law firm Broad and Cassel’s Fort Lauderdale office, to a second three-year term as a member of the organization’s board of directors. Imperato, one of the first attorneys in the nation to become certified in health law and health care compliance, first joined the board in 2006 and has since volunteered countless hours as a speaker and author of articles about health care compliance for HCCA.
